Privacy Policy

Alpine Bank recognizes the importance of the privacy and confidentiality of customers' nonpublic personal information. We want you to understand what information we collect and how we use it and protect it.

Online Banking Security

The Online Banking system available through our website is only available for customers who have properly enrolled in Online Banking. Enroll in Online Banking right now. Our Online Banking uses industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to  keep your personal information such as your Online Banking ID, password, and account information protected and secure. All additional systems within our Online Banking -- Bill Pay,eDocs, and Mobile Banking -- use identical SSL encryption technology for your protection. There are two signs to look for to confirm this SSL security: 1) the beginning of the website URL will change from "http://" to "https://," and 2) you will notice the appearance of a padlock in your web browser window at either the top or the bottom.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is another layer of protection and security we use for our Online Banking. MFA monitors for any strange behavior with your Online Banking account. An identitfy verification process using security questions is enacted if irregular activity is detected.

Debit Card Protection

With new EMV Chip Technology, Alpine Bank is able to take your card security to a whole new level.
