How can I locate one of your branches or ATMs?
Use Alpine Bank’s locator map to find any of our 16 branches and 80+ ATM locations, as well as our additional 55,000 worldwide ATMs through the Allpoint Network

Does every location have the same hours?
Not every Alpine Bank office has the same hours. Be sure to check our branch hours as well as our holiday closings to ensure a particular branch is open.

Alpine Bank customers can access the Anytime phone banking system by calling 815-229-7777.

How do I activate my debit card?
For personal cards call 815-229-7777 and select the option for debit cards. If you need to activate a business card, contact Customer Service at 815-398-6500.

What should I do if my debit card is lost or stolen?
