    Matt is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a BBA in Finance. His experience in the financial industry spans nearly three decades, allowing him to offer commercial customers an experienced eye when it comes to their finances.

    Mr. Roegner is involved in the community as Chairman of the Stateline Youth Sports Association (SYSA) and coaches youth sports through the YMCA, SYSA and Boys & Girls Club.  He actively serves on the Athletic Excellence and Construction Committees for the School District of Beloit, is past president of the Stateline YMCA and volunteers through the Stateline United Way as a campaign director, allocations chairperson and treasurer.

    Joe graduated from Rockford University with a BA in economics and finance, as well as the Illinois Executive Graduate School of Banking at the University of Illinois. Joe’s 40-plus years of experience in the financial industry allows him to provide customers with the best recommendations for their business finances.

    Joe is heavily involved in the community as an executive board member and past vice president of finance of the Blackhawk Area Council BSA.  He is a past president and board member of Barbara Olson Center of Hope, a board member of the Midway Village Museum, and campaign vice chair of United For Youth Capital Campaign benefitting Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts.  He is also a member of the nominations committee for the Rockford Area Music Industry (RAMI) Awards.

    Pat has an extensive educational background, having graduated from Rock Valley College with an Associate of Arts degree with an emphasis in business, a Bachelor of Business degree with an emphasis in organizational development/behavior from Western Illinois University and is a graduate from the National Commercial Lending School in Norman, OK. His education and his three-plus decades in financial services make Pat a valuable member of our team.

    His community involvement includes serving as a board member for the Rock Valley College Foundation and the Rockford Area Chamber of Commerce.  He is a member of the Rockford Cosmopolitan Club, a committee member of Village of Machesney Park Revolving Loan Fund, a previous member of the Board of Directors of the Blackhawk Area Council Boy Scouts of America, La Voz Latina and the United Way of Rock River Valley.  Pat served as Campaign Chairman of the 2009 United Way of Rock River Valley's Campaign.

    Peg not only has three-plus decades of experience in financial services, but has also worked as a public accountant. Her experience as a CPA gives this Rockford University graduate a unique perspective on the business finance needs of her customers.

    Peg is very involved in the community and serves as the Assistant District Governor for Rotary and as treasurer of the board of directors of Rosecrance Health Network. She also serves as a board member for Rockford Corridor Improvement, Midway Village and Museum Center, and Ethnic Heritage Museum.

    Don has over two decades worth of experience in helping customers with their commercial lending needs. He earned his BA in Business Management from Western Illinois University. He is also a graduate of the ABA Commercial Lending School and the CBA’s Illinois Midwest School for Community Bankers.

    Don stays active in the community as a trustee for Flora Township and a member of the Kirkland Lions Club. He is also a member and past president of the Boone County Historical Society, a board member for the Greater Kirkland Area Chamber of Commerce and president of the Flora Cemetery Board. He serves as president of the Belvidere IOU Club and is a board member for the School District #100 Charitable Foundation.

    David has 25 years in the financial industry, with 16 of those years in commercial lending.  He is a graduate of University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh with a degree in Finance and Management Information Systems. 

    He takes the extra time necessary to understand a company’s business and providing financial resources and tools to assist the owner in achieving their goals. 

    David follows the Alpine Bank philosophy of helping people, businesses and our community. He is currently on the loan committee of the Rockford Local Development Corp. He is a past treasurer of the Beloit YMCA board and past member of Kiwanis.

    Our team’s only Razorback, Rhonda graduated from the University of Arkansas. Rhonda’s two-plus decades of financial service experience have given her a keen eye and great sense of how to best serve the customers she works with.

     

    Rhonda is also busy in the community, serving as a board member for the Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois, member of the Rockford Downtown Rotary, and member of Women of Today's Manufacturing.  She also participates on the United for Youth Capital Campaign for the Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts.  Rhonda has worked with the United Way of Rock River Valley, Junior Achievement of Rock River Valley, and the YMCA of Rock River Valley.

    Gary’s 20-plus years in the financial industry and his diverse educational background helps business clients looking for value-added solutions for their business goals. Gary earned his Associates Degree from Rock Valley College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Business Economics from SIU Carbondale and an MBA from Northern Illinois University. He has also completed accounting coursework and earned an SBA Lender Diploma from the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders.

    Gary has helped many community not-for-profit organizations and currently serving on the boards for the Center for Sight & Hearing  and Lifescape Community Services/Community Kitchen.

    Sarilyn began her banking career at Alpine Bank in 2007 and joined our Cash Management & Merchant Services team in February 2010. She was promoted to Commercial Services Officer in 2015, and in 2017 was promoted to Vice President of Commercial Services. She has proven herself to be an invaluable member of the team. Sarilyn received her Associates from Rock Valley College and attended Rockford University.

    Currently, Sarilyn is a Grant Committee Member for the Community Foundation of Northern Illinois and serves as a board member on the Golden Apple Foundation. She is also a member of Next Rockford. She is a past volunteer with the U.S. Navy’s Morale, Welfare and Recreation program and a former member of the Junior League of Rockford. Sarilyn was awarded the 2010 Alpine Bank Service Star Award for External Customer Service. She has also completed courses for Certified Treasury Professionals® (CTP). Sarilyn is a graduate of the 2013 Chamber of Commerce Leadership Rockford program.
