ANYTIME, our 24-hour account information line, answers these questions and many more anytime of the day or night. In fact, information regarding your accounts, CDs, or loans, plus general information about office hours and ATM locations is at your fingertips!
All you need is a touch-tone phone and your account number. ANYTIME will talk you through each step with voice prompts, repeating all of the instructions as often as you like.
You'll need the following information when you call ANYTIME:
- Your account number
- Your Social Security or Tax ID number linked to the account
First-time ANYTIME Access:
- Dial Alpine Bank ANYTIME at 815.229.7777.
- Follow the voice prompts — press 1 for instructions in English or 2 for Spanish.
- Press the key for the information you would like as listed by the voice prompt. For information about your accounts, enter your account number followed by the pound key (#).
- Now you will be asked to enter your Social Security number or Tax ID number followed by the pound key (#).
- Once your information has been verified, you will be asked to choose a PIN followed by the pound key (#). For verification, the voice prompt will ask you to enter the same four numbers again, followed by the pound key (#). You will need to remember this number for future use.
Each time you sign in to ANYTIME after the first time, you will be required to enter your PIN and also the last four digits of your Social Security number or Tax ID number for security verification.
That's it! You're now set up to access account information ANYTIME.
