Our Family
Another reason we're a bank you can actually like.
At Alpine Bank, our employees are family. They are our strongest asset, and their commitment to our company and to our community are a testament to who we are and what we do.
Our employees are remarkable individuals whose work inside and outside of the bank makes them talented, caring citizens of our community. They volunteer with numerous organizations, including churches, Boy Scouts of America, United Way, Girl Scouts – Rock River Valley Council, Kiwanis, Junior League of Rockford, and many more. They coach softball teams, lead Brownie troops, play in awarding-winning bands, and travel to other countries to help others in need.
Of our approximately 375 employees, several have celebrated significant milestones within the last year, including 20-year, 25-year, and 40-year employee anniversaries. We'll also be celebrating in 2008 as other employees celebrate 40 years, 35 years, 30 years, and 25 years with our bank.
